Vixen Earns Her Canadian Title with WB, BOW & Best of Breed

And we have a new Champion! Introducing CH Wunder's Late Night Lover From Laurel ... Vixen was WB, BOW and Best of Breed over specials from the classes today to finish her Canadian Championship!!

For those who don't know Vixen's story she shattered her patella at 4 months of age, underwent surgery to remove the small bits and fix the larger fragment in place, spent the next two months in a split that resulted in a contracted quadriceps and the patella sitting too high and we were essentially told not to expect her to gait properly ever again. We decided to try to beat the odds and after physiotherapy, underwater treadmill, cold laser and a host of supplements had her back to almost 100%, then the shows shut down for 6 months. I wondered at times if I'd ever see this day, to say I'm overcome with emotion and thankfulness is an understatement!! Happy Thanksgiving to our Canadian friends, this is one I will remember for a long time to come 🥳
